White Oak Farm was established in 1973. The existing farm, dating back to the 1800's, was overgrown and the buildings in disrepair. Forty years later we have beautiful open fields, renovated barns, an impressive sugar house, garden, and saw mill. We are the last remaining commercial maple syrup producer in Westchester County. We tap over 1200 trees using both tubing with vacuum and traditional buckets. We sell all maple grades as well as many different size containers from small glass bottles to 40 gallon drums.
We also operate a commercial circular sawmill, dry kiln, state of the art finishing equipment for dressing boards, as well as a full woodworking shop. We sell all species of local hard and softwood. We specialize in custom sawing and drying! Whether you have a truck-load of logs or one special tree that has come down on your property, we can saw, dry, finish and even make you a piece of furniture.
Our retail store is open weekends from 9-5, selling our delicious maple syrup, local honey, pumpkins, mums, wood boards, as well as firewood! Please feel free to contact us for all of your maple syrup and lumber needs!
